• Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

• Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided, but additional shipping charges may apply.

• Exchanges & Size Issues: Because each item is custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Please be sure to review the sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
